midPhase has grown shortly from no customers to hundreds of customers. midPhase is a privately held web hosting and Internet services company based out of Chicago, IL. They are providing a robust technological base, and reasonable pricing.

MidPhase's hosting plans offer a lot of other features rather than just large disk space and bandwidth.
Their new website plans offer unmetered bandwidth for all sites. Why I mention this is because in the past, they excluded download and images websites from their unmetered bandwidth policy.

They also throw in a free domain name and a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Also included is a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Control Panel
midPhase uses a simplified version of cPanel, which is easier to use for average hosting beginners. They call it the midPhase Control Center (MMC). It includes an easy to use site builder, Site Studio and WebMail. The MMC control panel allows you to manage your web site easily. In addition you can set up message boards, chat forums, and a number of other free third-party scripts.

Customer Support
midPhase support is great: all our inquiries are answered promptly by midPhase. It is recommended that you submit your support ticket via the support ticket system. They currently have a ticket response time of 30 minutes and problem resolution time of 2 hours. This is pretty amazing!
